Events

Wilton House has a long history of hosting a wide variety of events within the Grounds.

Lord Pembroke is President of the Stars Appeal for Salisbury District Hospital and, in this capacity, makes the grounds of Wilton House available for a number of fundraising events in connection with this appeal.

In addition, Lord Pembroke and The Trustees of Wilton House Trust are happy to make the grounds available for a limited number of other charitable events each year at a reduced venue fee. Requests are considered each November for the following year. These requests should be put in writing and contain as much information as possible to help with the consideration process. Decisions are entirely at the discretion of Lord Pembroke and The Trustees of Wilton House Trust.

SPECIAL EVENTS 2024

Thursday 28th March-Saturday 30th March – Julia’s House Easter Bunny and the Lost Eggs Trail

Join the hunt to help Easter Bunny and his Toy friends find all of the lost eggs, in a fun-filled trail at Wilton House near Salisbury this Easter holiday.

The new Easter Bunny and the Lost Eggs Trail, which runs from Thursday 28th March to Saturday 30th March, is being organised by Julia’s House children’s hospice.

All money raised from the event will support the local charity, which provides a lifeline of care for families of the most seriously ill children in Wiltshire and Dorset.

Saturday 3rd August – The Salisbury Summer Fair

11 am – 5 pm

By kind permission of the Earl and Countess of Pembroke, Salisbury Hospice Charity is delighted to host the 10th annual Salisbury Summer Fair at Wilton House Estate.

Join us for a day filled with thrilling activities, live music, children’s rides, classic vehicles, captivating arena performances, country demonstrations and much more. With so much family fun in one day, there is something for every member of the family to enjoy!

All money raised from the event will assist Salisbury Hospice Charity in raising £1.5 million of the £2.9 million needed to run Salisbury Hospice each year. To enable patients with terminal and life-limiting illnesses to have access to essential and specialised care.
